Happy Friday, loves. Living out my fairytale fantasies in this stunning Adrianna Papell dress last weekend. I've realized that as you get older, there aren't as many chances to get all dressed up...so now's the time to take full advantage of all the proms and formals and make each and every memory count.

When it comes to dress shopping for me, it's kind of a "love at first sight" kind of deal. I didn't find the "right" dress for my high school prom until a month before. This time though, it didn't take nearly as long. I knew that for my senior formal, I wanted a dress that was elegant, magical...and the moment I saw this dress in my search results, I knew I had found "the one."

Shooting at the New York Public Library was an absolute dream...the grandiose marble architecture as the background to this ethereal sequined gown made it seem even more editorial than I could've imagined. Needless to say, this is probably one of my favorite shoots to date and I hope this inspires you on your hunt for that perfect special occasion dress.

Because we're all living in our own fairytale lives.

Happy Wednesday, loves! Fully embracing the working girl life and it's all about the power lunch these days. There are only so many hours during the day and when you're running from meeting to meeting, sometimes you gotta power through with a quick lunch.

Going for a casual chic work look, pairing together a loose wrap blouse and some taupe joggers. I'm all about pieces that are comfortable, but still super chic at the same time. It makes it so much easier when you're on the go during the day and you never have to worry about if your outfit is on point at any time.

Really deconstructing my wardrobe these days to try and rebuild my collection with better foundational pieces. The better your basics are in your wardrobe, the easier it will be to get dressed in the morning and still pull off that effortlessly chic look.

Happy Monday, loves! Interrupting the regularly scheduled "Working Girl" series with some autumn luxe inspo! Had the chance of previewing Ann Taylor's Fall 16' collection last week and I could not wait to share some of the pieces I saw!

An absolutely STUNNING collection--I was completely blown away by the presentation as well as each and every styled look. Really seeing the flare trend coming in strong this fall, not only in bottoms but in bell sleeves as well. Wide leg/flare pants dominated and I can't wait to be able to wear some of these pieces to work!

Head over heels for all the fall accessories, especially when it comes to scarves! Silk square neckscarves to colorblock fur stoles...my scarf collection is already pretty extensive, but you can bet I'll still be adding a few more to the mix this fall. >.<

Absolutely OBSESSED with the muted neutral color palette, mixing the usual navys and maroons with textured beiges and whites for an elevated chic feel. I'm not sure how I can wait another three months for this collection to officially debut...but I know what I'm going to be saving my paychecks for this summer.

Will definitely have to style another "Working Girl" series for the fall with all of these new pieces!
