Happy Wednesday, loves! Beyond excited to be officiallly sharing something that's been in the works for literally months now...a very special collaboration with Coach and their amazing genuine glovetanned leather bags!

Just a little fun fact: Coach was actually the very first "designer" handbag I ever owned. I remember the first time I begged my parents to get me that patchwork "C" wristlet and then wore it around non-stop for god knows how long. I am actually discovering their leather collection for the first time ever and have to say, I am extremely impressed.

Coach's specialty just so happens to be leather--they started out as a company making leather baseball gloves. Did you know that? Cause I sure as well didn't! Irregardless of what they started out making as a company, the brand has really grown since and their leather quality is still just as outstanding.

I feel as though not a lot of people know the story behind Coach, and I am truly honored to be someone who can share it with all of you guys. Absolutely thrilled that they are going back and focusing on what they do best as a brand and really developing their leather designs again! 

Did I mention that each and every one of these "Dinky" crossbody bags comes with a little surprise? A Coach charm that you can style the bag with! Happy Friday, loves! These summer weeks are just flying by for me! But...just because it's summer, doesn't mean I'm giving up my monochrome!

I definitely feel that New York has influenced and changed my personal style and aesthetic. I was definitely a lot more colorful and preppier--even when you look back to my posts from last summer! Maybe it's something in the water, but my color palette has definitely toned down and leans more toward the neutral side these days.

Instead of playing with bright colors this summer, I'm focusing on mixing textures. It's all in the details when it comes to any look and making what I wear to work look different every day is all about how I pair my textured pieces.

Absolutely dying over this eyelet top. LOVE that it's got a kind of mock neck design, but still totally appropriate for summer because of the eyelet material. It actually reminds me of those Self Portrait tops, but at a much more affordable price. Already thinking of a million ways to rewear this in the coming months!

And of course, wide legged pants are coming back in! After years and years of the skinny fit, we are going back to wide-legs! In love with this particular fit of wide-legged trousers--they do the trend perfectly while not being too overwhelming. 

Paired together, this has got to be one of my favorite office looks...so be prepared to see these pieces as some regular closet VIPs going forward. ;D

Happy Wednesday, loves! I feel like my posting schedule has been super sporatic lately--and that's mainly because I just started my full time job (FOR REALS now, no more training!) and it's been such a whirlwind the last couple of days. Anticipating longer work hours already, but not going to give up on this blogging gig...just be prepared for some late night posts and editing! ;D

This last long weekend marked the final few days of being totally work (and stress!) free. A whole 3 days to myself in the city while everyone else headed out of town for the holiday. Needless to say, it was a completely packed weekend--from a trip to the Prospect Park Smorgasburg Sunday afternoon, to dinner and drinks over at Grand Banks in the evening...to a nice lowkey movie date with the bae the next day. Which movie did we catch? You'll know if you followed along on snapchat! ;D 👻:Achen12

While it's power dressing on the weekdays for that 9-5...I'm all about those casual summer vibes during the weekend. Been seeing the lace up trend completely blow up--first from shoes and now over to dresses & tops!
