Happy Tuesday, loves! This series has been in the works for the longest time and I'm so excited to share it with all of you guys! The transition from college to work life is definitely a tough one and even the numerous internship experiences I had beforehand didn't really prepare me for the reality.

And of course, such a huge transition in everyday life, means a huge transition in the personal wardrobe. I've been on a cleanse the past few months, really trying to edit down the pieces in my closet to reflect my current style and aesthetic.

It's all about first impressions when you're starting a new job and this modern power suit will empower you to take on any challenges that head your way. Happy Saturday, loves! A bit behind on the blogging schedule this week--it's been busier than usual lately and I've been spending a lot of time going back and forth from Jersey and the city recently. Staying in NYC the last couple of days to catch up with some friends that have returned after winter break, so it's been a lot of coffee dates and brunch sessions. ;)

Here's a look from before Winter Storm Jonas hit the city, when the weather was still surprisingly warm enough to get away with not wearing an overcoat. These days, I find layering my best friend and am definitely trying to build a more cohesive and minimal wardrobe to last me through my 20s.
