Happy Sunday, loves! Something a little different and super special for you darlings today! Fashion week was absolute madness this season--I never expected to be running to back to back shows, but I couldn't have asked for a better blogger in crime, Angela of Explicit Affairs, to take it all on with me. For the most part, we'd been having a mild winter in New York...until the week of NYFW and temperatures dropped thirty degrees and wind chill made walking even a block extremely brutal. We were all holding our fedoras for dear life! (haha.)
Honestly though, it's those little moments that you look back toward and laugh about that make the experience that much more worth it. Getting invited and previewing a designer's collection is definitely an honor--but it's all about the company you keep. I would not have had nearly as much fun without this girl by my side at every event, networking social and presentation. And naturally...we had to coordinate our outfits at least once during fashion week. ;D We're both seriously in love with the eyelet trend that's in full force at the moment and couldn't help donning these two gorgeous dresses to the shows, despite the snowfall that day.
